Hiring a Robot Entertainer is simple, and we are here to help you.

  1. WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
    Our business hours run to coincide with our clients so we are generally available 7 days a week. It always pays to book ITSY Robot well in advance as dates do get booked up for busy or seasonal times of the year.
  2. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING?
    Our packages typically consist of 2 x 30minute shows that engage small crowds. We also offer further options such as walkrounds, meet and greets, photo opportunities, prize/award ceremonies etc. Please tell us what you would like and we will only be happy to help with suggestions.
  3. HOW DO I BOOK?
    Firstly you need to contact us with your date and location. We can then check to see if ITSY is available. We will then send you a booking form and details of the costs and deposit. Once you have returned your booking form and paid the deposit your date will be booked and you will receive confirmation.
  4. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU COVER?
    We are based in North Yorkshire, UK, but we are happy to travel anywhere. We will include our travel costs within your quotation. For overseas events we would expect the client to also cover all travel and accommodation costs for 2 staff.
  5. HOW DO I PAY FOR A BOOKING?
    We accept payment by bank transfer. We ask for a 50% deposit with the booking. The balance is due 40 days before the event. Our full terms will be sent with our quotation.
